SpaceX will fly its uncrewed Starfall reentry capsule on the Bandwagon-5 rideshare mission from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The Falcon 9 carries 32 payloads in total. The launch window is one hour long and opens at 6:30 a.m. EDT (1030 UTC).

The 45th Weather Squadron forecasts a 55 percent chance of acceptable weather. A cold front along southern Florida will bring gusty winds at liftoff that are "approaching constraints". There is also a moderate to high risk that weather at the booster recovery site will not be acceptable.

The first stage booster, tail number B1085, will fly for the 19th time. It will target a landing on the droneship A Shortall of Gravitas nearly nine minutes after liftoff. A successful landing would be the 167th on that vessel and the 672nd Falcon booster landing to date.

Exolaunch manifested 20 of the 31 other payloads. They include four radio-frequency monitoring satellites from HawkEye 360, four communications satellites for Iceye and six navigation satellites from Xona Space Systems. SpaceX first flew Starfall in June.
