Ukraine has joined the NATO Support and Procurement Agency's Security Cooperation Support Partnership, giving Ukrainian industry access to NATO contracts. The partnership was announced on 22 October.

The partnership was established in 2025 to deliver sustainable support to Ukraine through a structured procurement framework. Its members are Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, NATO headquarters and now Ukraine.

Allies approved the move in the North Atlantic Council in April 2026, and the agency can now issue solicitations and sign contracts with Ukrainian industry.

The agency held a Ukraine Industry Day in Kyiv on 14 October, attended by 150 Ukrainian companies. It was the first event of its kind by a NATO organisation since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion.
