Crew-13 reaches ISS, Cargo Dragon delivers, NASA issues final commercial station RFP
Crew-13 reached the ISS on 1 October, a Cargo Dragon delivered supplies on 15 October, and NASA issued its final commercial station RFP.

Crew-13 launched to the International Space Station on 1 October at 15:10 UTC. A Falcon 9 lifted Crew Dragon Grace from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
On board were NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, Joshua Kutryk of the Canadian Space Agency and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov. The capsule docked to the Harmony forward port at 23:05 UTC on 1 October, after a journey of seven hours and 55 minutes, the fastest arrival at the station for a US spacecraft. The four joined Expedition 75 before Crew-12 left the station. Crew-13 will spend about six months aboard.
The Cygnus XL resupply craft also departed the station, and a SpaceX Cargo Dragon delivered new supplies on 15 October.
NASA released its final Request for Proposals for a commercial space station successor. The agency plans to decommission the ISS in 2030.
