Redwire Corporation and EnduroSat have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen European industrial capabilities for resilient space infrastructure. The agreement was announced on 21 October from Kruibeeke, Belgium.

The MOU is a first step toward combining EnduroSat's high-volume spacecraft manufacturing with Redwire's power systems and its experience as a prime contractor. The companies intend to pursue European priorities including Very Low Earth Orbit operations for national defence, EU-based orbital data centres, and next-generation positioning, navigation, and timing constellations.

Redwire's prime contractor record includes ESA's Skimsat mission, Belgian Defence's MATTEO mission, and ESA's Σyndeo-3 mission. EnduroSat's recent constellation orders include Trustpoint's GPS-independent PNT constellation and Vantor's fleet of Earth-imaging satellites.
